Apple will not provide funding or other support for the Republican Party’s 2016 presidential Convention in Cleveland, Ohio.

While other major tech companies stated they will provide some support for the event, Apple will not provide technology or cash, citing Donald Trump’s controversial comments about women, immigrants and minorities, according to Politico.

Trump has criticized Apple in the past, calling out CEO Tim Cook and the company for its position on encryption and refusal to assist law enforcement officials following the San Bernardino terror attacks.

Cook said in an open letter in February the company would oppose a federal judge’s order to provide the FBI with security software to break into the San Bernardino terrorist’s iPhone. Cook argued that complying with the judge’s order would build “a backdoor to the iPhone,” which would be “too dangerous to create.”

“First of all, Apple ought to give the security for that phone, OK. What I think you ought to do is boycott Apple until such time as they give that security number,” Trump said after the open letter was released.

Apple joins a growing list of companies that have historically supported past GOP presidential conventions, but have decided to either scale back, or sit out during the 2016 convention.

Coca-Cola is scaling back its support, while Ford Motor Company, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Motorola, and UPS have all stated that they do not plan to support either party conventions, according to Bloomberg.

Wells Fargo will only support the Democratic convention in Philadelphia, citing the fact that it has a large presence in the City of Brotherly Love and does not have a large presence in Cleveland. Walgreens will sponsor events outside of both conventions, but will not be directly support either. While Microsoft will provide some technical support, but no cash to either convention.
