A California theater is now apologizing after a trailer for Seth Rogen’s R-rated film “Sausage Party” aired during the previews for a showing of “Finding Dory.”

Bay Area News and Talk reports that the Brenden Theater in Concord, Calif., was attempting to accommodate large groups that wanted to see “Finding Dory” when it reshuffled the theater’s lineup.

However, someone forgot to change the scheduled trailers.

Rogen’s “Sausage Party” follows sentient food groups as they try to escape being eaten by humans. This being a typical Rogen comedy, inappropriate hilarity ensues and the tone is quite different than “Finding Dory.”

According to the report, the error was noticed immediately and the audience did not sit through any other unexpected surprises on screen.

Still, as you can see by the trailer below, one viewing may have been enough.
