Police are on the hunt for a woman who reportedly threw hot tea at a Boston Dunkin’ Donuts employee earlier this month, seriously burning the worker in the process.

Officials with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) consider this an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, according to WHDH News.

The transit police released surveillance footage of the suspect. (RELATED: Driver Playing Pokemon Go Crashes Into Police Cruiser [VIDEO])

The perpetrator was apparently so unhappy with the service, she decided to toss her hot tea at the worker. Police said it caused the employee to suffer “substantial burns to their torso area.”

“We are confident we will be able to identify, locate and criminally charge the individual responsible for this callous act,” MBTA Superintendent Richard Sullivan told the Boston Herald Saturday.

“It is never OK to physically harm or verbally abuse another person simply because one is not satisfied with the service they receive,” Sullivan’s statement continued.
