“Last week, soybean futures hit a nine-year low. Soy boyn…soybean futures hit a nine-year low,” she said in a video first highlighted by The American Mirror.

“120, 130, 125, 130 million Americans have pre-existing conditions,” she also confusingly said. Later in the video, she tells a reporter to “repoot” a question. (RELATED: Sarah Sanders Takes A Chainsaw To Pelosi’s ‘Crumbs’ Comment After Tax Cut Bonuses)

Pelosi’s strange public appearances have been frequently highlighted by many commentators.

She once said, “The Constitution does not say that a person can shout … yell ‘wolf’ in a crowded theater. If you are endangering people, then you don’t have a constitutional right to do that.” This was seemingly a reference to the phrase about yelling “fire” in a theatre.
