This is hardly the first time Tekashi6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez, has been arrested. He’s been charged for a litany of other alleged crimes, including use of a child in a sexual performance, assault, and sale of heroin.

TMZ is reporting that Tekashi, his former manager who goes by the name “Shottie,” and a man named Faheem Walter, who goes by “Crippy” for short, were arrested by ATF agents in New York City Sunday night. The sting was no small effort; the ATF, NYPD and Homeland Security all apparently collaborated to nail the group.

Four men in total were booked on racketeering and firearms charges.

Things aren’t looking good for Tekashi now. The rapper has been on probation stemming back from a underaged child sex case in 2015 and had to promise a New York judge that he would stay out of trouble for two years, or head straight to the clink.

Now, TMZ says time behind bars could “almost certainly” be in Tekashi’s future.
