The Arizona Cardinals put out a brand new promotional video ahead of Thanksgiving Day, and it can’t be missed.

The Cardinals, who play the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday evening, tweeted out a 55-second video thanking veterans and military personnel for their service in the spirit of Thanksgiving.

“During the season of giving thanks, we thank those who give the most,” the brand tweeted with the hashtag #SaluteToService.

The Cardinals were, of course, home to former NFL player and war hero Pat Tillman, who was killed during a tour in Afghanistan. Tillman enlisted to become a U.S. Army Ranger with his brother in 2002 after the 9/11 attacks inspired them to answer to a higher call of duty. He was killed by friendly fire on April 22, 2004. He was 27. (RELATED: Remember The 20 Year Anniversary Of Pat Tillman Getting Drafted To The NFL)

Tillman, who was awarded both the Silver Star and the Purple Heart, remains something of a legend in Arizona to this day. His newly erected statue stands tall outside of Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Arizona.

And although the Cardinals have had a relatively lackluster season so far, it’s awesome to see they haven’t forgotten exactly what makes our country so special.
