The “Monopoly Man” showed up Tuesday at the House Judiciary Committee hearing with Google CEO Sundar Pichai.

Ian Madrigal, who has dressed as Uncle Moneybags at past hearings — usually involving corporate giants — admitted on Twitter that he was responsible for the stunt. (RELATED: Steve Cohen Asks Google To Look Into ‘Overuse’ Of Conservative Outlets At Hearing)
