When YouTuber and former NASA engineer Mark Rober had a package stolen from his front porch, he knew exactly how to get his revenge: trick the next thief into stealing a glitter-filled stink bomb.

Rober designed a package that looked like an Amazon-delivered apple product but, when opened by a thief, would unleash a fountain of glitter and stink spray. Rober also rigged the package to record the moment the thieves got their due.

While at NASA, he helped develop technology that’s roving around on Mars, and frequently posts videos of the tech gizmos he makes in his free time, including a dart board that moves to give you a bullseye every time you throw.
