Musicians flaunted their best garments on the red carpet for all to see, showcasing their fashion sense. However, the ones that generated the most buzz were singer/songwriter Joy Villa’s and songwriter Ricky Rebel’s MAGA outfits.
This the third straight year that Villa used the Grammy platform to showcase her political statements and this time she chose to dress as President Trump’s wall. With “Build The Wall” written across the back and barbed wire detailing on her shoulders, her outfit was one of the most unique looks at the ceremony. Ricky Rebel showed up in a white embezzled suit, but then quickly reversed it to broadcast his support for the current president. His red, white and blue jacket read “Keep America Great!” and had Trump written across the back.
