Bradley Cooper Gushes About Irina Shayk During Acceptance Speech At BAFTA Awards: ‘I Got To Fulfill A Dream’

Bradley Cooper thanked his girlfriend super model Irina Shayk during his acceptance speech Sunday night when he won best original music for his film “A Star Is Born” with Lady Gaga.

“I got to fulfill a dream I never thought would happen. I share this with Lady Gaga tonight, the music was the heartbeat of this film,” the 44-year-old actor said Sunday night at the British Academy Film Award Show, the Daily Mail reported Monday.  (RELATED: Take A Look Back At Adriana Lima’s Career With Victoria’s Secret)

“I also need to thank Irina [Shayk] for putting up with me while I was trying to make music in our basement for a year,” he added, recognizing his girlfriend of three years whom he shares a two-year-old daughter with. (RELATED: Artist Goes After Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus With ‘We All Knew’ Posters Ahead Of Grammys)

Meanwhile, the “Shallow” hitmaker was taking home multiple Grammy Awards for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Shallow” with Cooper, and Best Song Written For Visual Media from the film.

“I can’t believe we just won Best Original Music @BAFTA ‘s . I wish so much I was there but am at the Grammy’s to show them our love as well. We made a film about music. This means the world to me. Thank u to all our fans we love u so much, we wouldn’t be here without u #BAFTAs,” Lady Gaga tweeted.
