This is great news if you’re a fan of the Panthers. Newton is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and the team will be screwed without him.

He hasn’t really done much lately as he’s struggled with his shoulder issue, but it looks like that’s all over now. (RELATED: One Of The Best QBs In The NFL Gets Major Health Update. Should Fans Start Celebrating?)

The former Auburn star is the face of the franchise, and the Panthers absolutely need him ready to go by week one. Luckily, it sounds like that’s going to be the case.

When Newton is at the top of his game, there are few quarterbacks capable of playing on his level. He’s the size of a linebacker, has the running ability of a running back and he plays quarterback.

The man is a legit video game character who plays in real life.
