Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton accused China of attempting to “hack into everything that doesn’t move in America” at a campaign stop in New Hampshire over the weekend.

“We also have to be fully vigilant, China’s military is growing very quickly, they’re establishing military installations that again threaten countries we have treaties with, like the Philippines because they are building on contested property,” Clinton, who set up and used a private server during her tenure as Secretary of State, told the crowd.

“They’re also trying to hack into everything that doesn’t move in America. Stealing commercial secrets … from defense contractors, stealing huge amounts of government information, all looking for an advantage. Make no mistake, they know they’re in a competition, and they’re gonna do everything they can to win it.”

Clinton has refused calls by Republicans in Congress to allow a third party to access her server in order to ensure she turned over all work-related emails and that her system was not compromised.

When it was revealed she had a public server, Clinton claimed she never sent any classified information electronically while she was Secretary of State. But the recent release of her emails during that time showed 25 were designated as classified by the State Department retroactively.
