An illegal party got so out of hand that 180 people were arrested for underage drinking Saturday.

Officers on patrol encountered a party in Newark, Del. and saw alcohol being provided to people who seemed to be under the legal drinking age of 21, according to 6ABC.

Police then acquired a warrant to search the home. Law enforcement arrested a total of 180 people, including juveniles, for consumption of alcohol.

One of the partygoers inside the residence was discovered by authorities to be unconscious. He was transported to Christiana Emergency Room to be treated for ingesting excessive amounts of alcohol.

The residents were identified by the authorities and they are suspected to be affiliated with the unsanctioned fraternity “APES,” 6ABC reports.

The party was near the University of Delaware campus. Students who were arrested were referred to the college’s Office of Student Conduct.

“It was just a normal day-drink,” 21-year-old Tommy Flynn, a student who lives next door to the house that hosted the party, told Delaware Online.
