The daughter of President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort filled out the necessary paperwork in order to have her last name changed.

Jessica Manafort, 36, filed paperwork in Manhattan Supreme Court late Friday, changing her last name to Bond. Bond is reportedly her mother’s maiden name and she feels it “more closely suits [her] profession,” according to The New York Post.

“I would like my new name to be Jessica Anne Bond, in place of my present name,” she said in the legal filing.

The news comes just weeks after a federal jury in Virginia found Manafort guilty on eight counts of tax evasion and bank fraud. Manafort is also scheduled to go to trial in Washington, D.C., in September on charges that he acted as an unregistered foreign agent in his Ukraine work. (RELATED: Paul Manafort Found Guilty On Eight Counts Of Tax And Bank Fraud)

Judge Thomas Ellis III, who presided over the second prosecution of Manafort, wrote in a March order that Manafort might well spend the rest of his life in prison.
