Authorities detained a woman after a police-involved shooting near President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort Friday in Florida, officials said.

A vehicle allegedly breached two security checkpoints, and officers opened fire, NBC 6 reported.

The driver, 30-year-old Hannah Roemhild from Connecticut, was “obviously impaired,” Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw said during a press conference.

“This is not a terrorist thing,” Bradshaw said Friday. “I’m not so sure she knew where she was going.”

The black SUV was heading toward the retreat’s main entrance, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said. A car and helicopter chase happened before officers arrested the driver at a nearby motel, The Associated Press reported.

“There was no way she was getting into the main entrance,” the sheriff added.

Roemhild was dancing on the SUV prior to the high-speed chase, authorities said.

“FBI spokesman James Marshall tells CNN they’re aware of an incident at Mar-A-Lago and have agents responding to the scene,” CNN White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins tweeted. (RELATED: Another Chinese National Arrested Trying To Sneak Into Mar-A-Lago, Taking Weird Pics)
