Fox News host and Daily Caller cofounder Tucker Carlson launched a tirade Tuesday against changes that he believes are making the United States Military weaker.

Carlson noted that in 2020, as the coronavirus pandemic began to peak outside its country of origin, both China and the United States had declared national emergencies. He said that in the United States, the crisis was the pandemic and in China, the crisis was “masculinity.”
China then sought, while building a stronger military than ever before, to reach into society and ensure that young men were not losing their sense of masculinity as they were raised primarily by mothers and female teachers.
Carlson argued that a very different transformation was taking place in the United States military under President Joe Biden. Biden signed an executive order that killed former President Donald Trump’s ban on transgenders in the military.
“How are we responding to this?” Carlson asked. “At the White House yesterday, Joe Biden addressed it effectively. What’s the American response? Here’s what Joe Biden said: ‘Some of it is relatively straightforward work where we are making good progress designing body armor that fits women properly, tailoring combat uniforms for women, creating maternity flight suits, updating requirements for their hairstyles. And some of it is going to take an —you know, an intensity of purpose and initiative to really change the culture and the habits that cause women to leave the military.'”
“So we’ve got new hairstyles and new maternity flight suits, pregnant women are going to fight our wars,” Carlson continued. “It’s a mockery of the U.S. military. While China’s military becomes more masculine as it assembles the world’s largest Navy, our military needs to become more feminine, whatever feminine means anymore because men and women no longer exist. The bottom line is it’s out of control. And the Pentagon’s going along with this. This is a mockery of the U.S. Military and its core mission which is winning wars.”
