Russell Wilson’s wife Ciara has some solid footwork.

Who would have guessed that Ciara is so athletic? I wouldn’t have known that prior to seeing this video. Now, I’m not saying she’s going to be putting the pads on in an NFL game in the near future, but she can clearly chop it up.
In fact, depending on the day you catch me running around playing football, she might even have better footwork than I do.

Seeing as how Wilson and Ciara have two children together, something tells me that it’s not impossible to rule out a few more pro athletes in the family.
The Broncos quarterback is an athletic freak of nature and his wife clearly isn’t too bad herself. That tends to lead to very athletic kids.
