A$AP Rocky’s alleged shooting victim, identified as a former member of the rapper’s group, has proceeded with a lawsuit against the star in California.

Terell Ephron, a former A$AP Mob member known to fans by the moniker A$AP Relli, has sued A$AP Rocky for assault and battery stemming from a November 2021 shooting incident that unfolded on the streets of Hollywood, according to TMZ.

Ephron claims A$AP Rocky arranged an in-person meeting. After a verbal altercation, the rapper reportedly fired a gun and wounded him, according to TMZ. Ephron is seeking damages over claims of emotional distress and lost work.

The legal documents filed in court allege Rocky pulled out a handgun during their altercation and pointed it right at Ephron before pulling the trigger, according to TMZ. Ephron alleges the rapper fired multiple shots at him. Bullet fragments reportedly hit him too.

Ephron suffered injuries to his hand and had to be taken to the hospital to receive medical care, according to TMZ. Rumors suggest there was bad blood between the two men over claims that Ephron snitched on A$AP Rocky over an unrelated matter.
