Kobe Bryant’s eldest daughter, Natalie Bryant, is reportedly seeking a restraining order against Dwayne Kemp, a man she alleges is obsessed with her and continues to stalk her.

Kemp has been convicted of at least four crimes — one of which involves firearms — and court documents reveal he is a gun enthusiast who is in the process of buying a gun, according to TMZ. Kemp  began contacting Bryant two years ago, and she claims he has a delusion that they are involved in a romantic relationship, yet she says she has never met him before, according to TMZ.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed Kemp’s criminal history and are concerned about Bryant’s well being, noting that Kemp has been putting significant effort into locating Bryant’s whereabouts, according to TMZ.

Bryant sought a restraining order in court Monday, stating that she is living in constant fear. Bryant alleges that 32-year old Kemp began stalking her when he was 30-years-old and she was only 17. She alleges he has showed up at her sorority house at USC in search of her, according to TMZ.

Sources close to the situation confirmed he also showed up at one of her classes and was seen roaming the building. (RELATED: REPORT: Famous Singer Jack Johnson Takes Legal Action Against Alleged Female Stalker)

Bryant said Kemp sent her a direct message on social media that included a photo of her father Kobe Bryant, and an eerie note.

“Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully We Can Birth Him… ‘Kobe'”, Kemp reportedly wrote, according to TMZ. Bryant alleges he also added a red heart to the message. Court documents indicated he also told Bryant he hopes to have “a Kobe-like child together,” according to TMZ.

The Los Angeles Police Department supports a restraining order being put in place. Bryant is requesting Kemp be restricted to staying at least 200 yards away from her, in any location she may appear, including her home, her job, her school, her sorority house and also her car, according to TMZ.
