Footage shared Sunday shows the moment a home exploded in San Francisco’s Sunset District on Thursday.

Video of the explosion was shared online by CBS News shows the moment the frontage of the large, detached property blasted into the street. Fire can be seen emanating from the explosion, as well as various household objects like doors and furniture coating the sidewalk in the seconds after.

Green and white debris then fell from the sky as car alarms echoed through the street. The force of the explosion was so strong that the rear passenger door of a Prius parked just a few feet away was blown open, but the driver appeared to exit the vehicle unharmed.

The disabled female owner of the home was killed during the explosion, and her caretaker was significantly injured, CBS reported. (RELATED: ‘We Basically Nuked A Town’: Three More Chemicals Discovered At Train Derailment Site)

A 53-year-old man named Darron Price was arrested on charges of manslaughter and manufacturing narcotics in the home, CBS continued. He was also charged with two counts of child endangerment, as two children lived in the property but were thankfully at school when the explosion occurred.

Other homes around the property were also damaged during the explosion. Footage was shared of the front door of a neighboring home being blown off its hinges at the time of the initial explosion. A firefighter was also injured following the explosion, according to a later update from CBS News.
