Landlord Daniel Fitzgerald filed a lawsuit against rapper Lil Nas X and deejay Zedd, accusing the two of trashing the Hollywood Hills Mansion they rented from him after they were specifically told parties were not permitted on his property.

Fitzgerald filed legal documents in which he alleged that the artists of left his mansion in disarray after inviting over 1,000 guests to a huge party in April 2022. According to the court documents, Fitzgerald claims he rented his swanky mansion to the famous duo under the strict instruction that they not host parties at the residence, according to TMZ. The party’s sponsors and promoters are named in the lawsuit along with Zedd and Lil Nas X, whose real names are Anton Zaslavski and Montero Lamar Hill.

Fitzgerald is seeking compensatory and punitive damages totaling at least $1 million, according to TMZ.

Fitzgerald said the terms of the lease were made clear to both musicians but that the ban on parties didn’t stop them from opening his home to a huge group of strangers for an epic bash.

Fitzgerald claimed to have suffered over $25,000 in physical damages to his property, including damage to furniture and to the walls and ceilings of his estate, according to TMZ.(RELATED: ‘Turns Into An Orgy’: Margot Robbie Details ‘Crazy, Wild Party’ Scene In Upcoming Movie ‘Babylon’)
