The House Oversight Committee is hopeful Hunter Biden’s former business associate Tony Bobulinski will testify before Congress in September, Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene told the Daily Caller.
Hunter Biden’s former business associate Devon Archer testified before the committee Monday. Getting Bobulinski before Congress could further corroborate information about the Biden family’s foreign business dealings, the House Oversight Committee member told the Caller.
“We will have more people coming,” Greene continued. “I’ll give you one that I hope to see on that list that is a name that people know: Tony Bobulinski. I hope we see him September.”
“I think both of them, [Devon Archer and Tony Bobulinski] being business partners with Hunter Biden — I think having those types of testimonies are incredibly important,” Greene added.
Bobulinski previously said the Biden family tried to commit “fraud” against him and that the Bidens “probably thought they were going to make billions” through Hunter Biden’s dealings with Chinese energy firm CEFC. House Oversight Chairman James Comer sent a letter to Hunter Biden in February, requesting he turn over “any communication with Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., James Brian Biden, or Sara Jones Biden, between January 20, 2009, and January 20, 2021, regarding” Bobulinski, among other individuals.
Archer told committee members Monday that he “heard Hunter Biden speak to Joe Biden more than 20 times about their business deals. Not about anything else, but about the business deals,” Greene told the Caller.
