Robert Downey Jr. took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce he’s giving away some very valuable classic cars that he has personally worked on.
He posted the details to his Instagram story on how fans can enter the giveaway to win one of the RDJ Dream Cars. “In case you haven’t heard yet, I’m giving away some of my cars,” he wrote in the caption of photograph showing the actor sitting on one of the cars from his collection. Several other vehicles are positioned perfectly behind him.

Downey Jr. worked on the classic cars himself and modified them to be eco-friendly. A 1965 Chevrolet Corvette, a 1966 Buick Riviera, a 1969 Mercedes-Benz 280SE, a 1972 Chevrolet K10 Pickup, a 1972 VW Bus and a 1985 Chevrolet El Camino are all included in the giveaway.
“You can be one of the six winners, each receiving one of these beauties that we converted to drive to a pollution-free future,” noted a website dedicated to the RDJ Dream Cars draw.
The website listed the rules and regulations of the draw for fans to see.

Those wishing to donate to the Edward Charles Foundation are welcome to do so, but the famous actor made it clear that fans didn’t need to donate any money in order to enter the chance to win the cars.
“NO PURCHASE/DONATION REQUIRED & MAKING ONE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING,” he wrote to his Instagram story.
Residents of the USA, UK and Canada, excluding Quebec, are eligible to participate. Contestants must also be legal residents over 18.
