Police caught a teenager naked Saturday with a married teacher in Omaha, Nebraska, prompting him to flee the scene in his underwear, authorities said.
Authorities arrested Erin Ward, a 45-year-old substitute teacher at Burke High School, on one count of felony sexual abuse by a school employee after police found her nude with a 17-year-old male student inside a parked vehicle, WOWT reported.

Douglas County Sheriff’s deputies spotted both individuals in the backseat of a Honda sedan after receiving a call about a suspicious vehicle parked near Fort Street in Elkhorn around 3 a.m., according to the outlet.
The 17-year-old student reportedly panicked when he became aware of authorities, rushing into the driver’s seat and crashing the vehicle into someone’s yard a few blocks away, according to deputies. He reportedly left the vehicle and fled on foot immediately after the crash, WOWT reported.
Ward remained in the vehicle after the student fled, the outlet reported. The substitute teacher reportedly scrambled to put her clothes back on before she admitted to deputies that she had sex with the underage male. Ward told authorities she was a substitute teacher at Burke High School and other locations. Her employee ID was obtained by authorities from the vehicle, confirming her position at Omaha Public Schools, according to the outlet. Additionally, deputies learned that the vehicle belonged to Ward and her spouse.
The 17-year-old student was reportedly located nearly one hour later wearing only a t-shirt and his underwear, according to the outlet. Medical attention was given to both Ward and the underage male as a result of the car crash.
